We offer a standard 1-3 working day delivery service to any UK Mainland Address on all supply only orders however, over 90% of deliveries are made by the next working day by our courier.
Delivery is FREE on all orders over £500.00. As from 1st April 2019 for all online orders under £500.00 our standard delivery cost is £35.00
*All deliveries are kerbside only, for larger/heavier pieces, assistance will be required and may take longer to deliver due to the weight*.
Due to the weight and length of artificial grass we can not guarantee if requested to be taken of left around the back or put in the garden will be done, as our courier only offers kerbside delivery as stated above.
As we use an outside courier, any special delivery instructions are passed on to them, however, we can not guarantee their drivers adhere to them.
For outside UK mainland purchases please call us for delivery costs. This includes Northern Ireland/Channel Island.
On line purchases outside of Mainland UK addresses will automatically be refunded and the order cancelled. This includes Northern Ireland/Channel Islands.
Alternatively, all purchases can be collected from our warehouse in Maidstone same day. (This is worded as “Maidstone Pickup” on or checkout process).

Delivery Terms & Conditions.
Rolls or part rolls of artificial grass can be extremely heavy and bulky in size, when the item is delivered to your address the driver (depending on order size) may require some assistance in unloading your product.
Our courier insists that all deliveries are made to the front door/kerbside only as their drivers are not insured to enter your premises.
All deliveries require a signature although our courier does allow requests by customers to leave products, as long as permission is given, e.g. please leave behind garden fence, leave in porch etc. If you require something like this then please make your comment in the checkout section under comments section. Any special instructions to leave items without a signature are made at purchaser’s risk. We do accept any responsibility for damaged goods or missing items if requested to do so.
If you are at the property when the order is delivered then please ensure that you check that the packaging and the products are undamaged before signing.
*If you sign for the item without checking, you are stating that the goods have been delivered undamaged and in good order. This means we cannot claim from the carrier on your behalf if the item is damaged. Any replacement goods will have to be paid for in full*.
If there are any access or parking difficulties to your property it needs to be clearly stated in the ‘comments’ section in the checkout. Or you can advise us via e-mail after the order has been processed. This information will be relayed to our courier. If no access at all is possible to your property the delivery will be made to the nearest possible location to your address, this will only be done if you are there and agree to this, a signature will also be required when this is completed.
Our couriers have over a 90% success rate with deliveries being completed on a next working day service. However, we only advise a 1-3 day delivery service, we cannot be accountable for any delays in delivery that may occur up to 3 days or more. If they do occur, unfortunately after the order has left our depot, all shipping responsibility lies solely in the hands of the shipping agent.
Any date of delivery specified is an estimate only, time for the delivery shall not be of the essence of any contract and we shall not be liable for any loss, costs damages or expenses that may be caused directly or indirectly by any delay in the delivery of the goods ordered.

Our courier’s standard delivery is for kerbside delivery only Monday – Friday 8.00 am – 6.00 pm.
Orders placed after 1.00 pm will be processed and dispatched the following day.
Saturday deliveries and before noon are available but an additional costs will apply.
All our off-cuts or any of our full range of products can be either purchased by contacting us directly on either Free Phone 0800 668 1958 or 01732 323122 or you can buy on line. (UK mainland only).
If you prefer to buy online just add you item to the cart and follow the checkout procedure.
We do accept returns, but only on grass cut to your specific requirement, or pre-cut to size pieces. A 25% re-stocking charge will be applied on all supply only orders as they are cut to size on order, plus our standard £35.00 administration fee & £35.00 standard collection fee.
We do have a standard delivery £35.00 charge on all on line orders under £500.00 if you are buying on line or directly over the phone, however, for smaller pieces please contact us directly as we may be able to offer a more viable delivery cost depending on the location, size and weight of your order.
Second Hand/Used Pieces. We do not accept returns on any of these items once purchased.

You are agreeing to the following terms and conditions when purchasing from Forever Green Lawns:
1.1 Dispatch Policy
While every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are in stock we offer no guarantee of availability and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale. Goods delivered normally arrive between 8.00 am and 6.00 pm, Monday to Friday, within 1-3 working days of placing your order. Express delivery is also available on request, there is an additional cost for this service
In the event that you are not available to provide a signature on delivery, then you may be charged for re-delivery. Deliveries cannot be left outside in porches, garages or any other location. (If requested to do so we do not accept any liability if any discrepancies arise). At this time, if you live above the ground floor (i.e. in a flat) we are only able to deliver your goods to the ground floor entrance. Please note: We only deliver to United Kingdom Mainland addresses. All items are to be checked on delivery, if incorrect we must be notified immediately, we will not be held responsible for any discrepancies once the delivery has been accepted and signed for. We do not accept any responsibility for late deliveries, as delivery is through a third party. Although over 90% of our deliveries are delivered next day, it can take 1-3 working days. We do not guarantee next day delivery.
1.2 Prices and Tax
The price shown for the goods excludes postage and packing unless specifically stated. The charge for postage and packing is shown in the Checkout before you are asked to confirm the order. The price you pay will include VAT.
1.3 Cancellations and Returns
It is extremely unusual for our customers to want to return any of the products however in the unlikely event you must contact and notify us that you have an item to be returned, this must be done within 3 days of delivery to you. On line customers reserve the right to cancel orders purchased from Forever Green Lawns Ltd. must do so within 14 days of delivery of goods.
If a buyer unlawfully terminates or cancels the goods and services agreed after the 14 day written notice deadline, the buyer shall be required to pay the seller damages amounting to the sum of the full amount for the goods and services contracted to undertake.
We regret that we cannot accept returns of items that have been used or returns of items where the packaging has been removed. A 25% re-stocking charge of the product price is charged for returns if the seller is prepared to accept the goods back. Plus a £35.00 administration fee.
Any returns must first be agreed by the Director of Forever Green Lawns Ltd only. In the event of an order being returned, we strongly recommend that you use a reliable courier service as we cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless it is agreed by one of the Directors. This will be reimbursed if upon investigation the product is found to be faulty by our quality control.
1.4 Damaged Faulty Goods/Returns
If any of the goods are damaged in transit please ensure that when you sign the delivery note you make on it ” Goods received damaged” or Refuse delivery.
Damaged/ Faulty, or incorrect goods must be reported to us immediately, for internet sales within 14 days, either by phone: 01732 323122 or email: email@example.com. We will then make further arrangements with you to replace the goods. Do not use or fit the goods in anyway as you will be liable for the costs and if faulty you will be liable for keeping the faulty goods.
If you are arranging an independent fitter or as the fitting company you are ordering goods to install, we suggest that you do not schedule any installation work until a few days after receiving the delivery. This will enable you to check the goods and resolve any technical issues. Please take a moment to check the details on the sales ticket, to ensure the correct products have been ordered and that the delivery address and other details are as you requested. In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel your order, up to 14 days after you receive the goods. To cancel your order you must inform us either by phone; 01732 323122, or by email: firstname.lastname@example.org. All goods must be re-packed as they were received. Refunds will be made to the payment card that was initially used to make the purchase within 14 days of receipt of returned goods if your card details are supplied when cancelled, otherwise we will issue refund via cheque. We will not refund any monies if the returned item has been used/Cut in any way, prior to returning, this also includes any seconds or faulty products. (Buyer to pay costs of return if item is non faulty).
Due to the molecular structure of the fabric it can crease or become crushed when rolled. Creases/crushes should fall out within month’s of the installation or supply. The grass is not classed as faulty if delivered or installed with creases or crushed. If installing the grass yourselves, we recommend over-stretching with a carpet kicker and fixing the grass securely. Alternately, leave the grass rolled out for several days, it should decrease on a daily basis in warmer weather.
For crushed/flat grass, we recommend either purchasing on our our 141EUK electric power brushes, or hand brushing with a stiff yard broom.

Power Brush Machines; Returns/Damaged Faulty Goods
The goods should be fully inspected and tested before use. Damaged/faulty goods must be reported to us within 14 days of receipt, either by phone: 01622 230371 or email:email@example.com. We will then make further arrangements with you to collect the faulty item and have it replaced. If the goods are returned and have been used, no refund will be issued.

Upon receiving your goods should you decide to return the item, as long the item is returned unused and in the same packaging within 24 hours of purchase, we will offer a full refund. Refunds will be made to the payment card that was initially used to make the purchase upon receipt of returned goods in store. We will not refund any monies if the returned item has been used prior to returning.
WARNING: The goods must return in the same state as when the customer received them. The products must arrive in their original packaging and any form of extra packaging , along with instructions manuals, accessories and whatever items they originally came with.
You will be held responsible if the goods decrease in value due to any form of mishandling, or, using the goods in ways that do not suit their purpose or design.
If agreed you can return a USED product, it will undergo commercial depreciation and at that point, it can only be sold again as used equipment. In that case, the product value will decrease. This also applies to products that are returned without their original packaging or products that are somehow damaged in transit back to us.
