Returns/Damaged Faulty Goods
The goods should be fully inspected and tested before use. Damaged/faulty goods must be reported to us within 14 days of receipt, either by phone: 01732 323122 or email:[email protected] We will then make further arrangements with you to collect the faulty item and have it replaced. If the goods are returned and have been used, they will be deemed as used, therefore, market resale value will be awarded as refund value and not original purchase price. Faulty goods after 14 days of receipt can be returned for repair as per our guarantee, but, buyer pays return cost. (FGL will pay return cost of machine to you).
Cancellations.
(Internet/Phone Sales only).
In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel your order, up to 14 days after you receive the goods. To cancel your order you must inform us either by phone; 01732 323122, or by email: [email protected]. All goods must be re-packed as they were received. Refunds will be made to the payment card that was initially used to make the purchase within 14 days of receipt of returned goods if card details are supplied when cancelled, otherwise we will issue refund via cheque. We will not refund any monies if the returned item has been used prior to returning. (Buyer to pay costs of return if item is non faulty).

Upon receiving your goods should you decide to return the item, as long the item is returned unused and in the same packaging within 24 hours of purchase, we will offer a full refund. Refunds will be made to the payment card that was initially used to make the purchase upon receipt of returned goods in store. We will not refund any monies if the returned item has been used prior to returning.
WARNING: The goods must return in the same state as when the customer received them. The products must arrive in their original packaging and any form of extra packaging FGL might have added, along with instructions manuals, accessories and whatever items they originally came with.
You will be held responsible if the goods decrease in value due to any form of mishandling, or, using the goods in ways that do not suit their purpose or design.
If agreed you can return a USED product, it will undergo commercial depreciation and at that point, it can only be sold again as used equipment. In that case, the product value will decrease. This also applies to products that are returned without their original packaging or products that are somehow damaged in transit back to us.
